β¨ National Volunteer Week β¨
The Gladstone Eisteddfod Association proudly celebrates the incredible volunteers who make our Eisteddfod possible year after year.
From committee members working behind the scenes all year long, to the friendly faces welcoming competitors at the door, every performance, session, and standing ovation is supported by people generously giving their time to the arts community.
Our volunteers help with:
β¨ Session coordinating and presenting
β¨ Door and ticket sales
β¨ Competitor marshalling
β¨ Adjudicator support
β¨ Stage management
β¨ Photography and social media
β¨ Venue setup and pack down
β¨ Administration and scheduling
β¨ Sponsorship and fundraising support
β¨ Committee roles throughout the year
Whether you can spare a few hours during the Eisteddfod or would like to become involved year-round, there is a place for everyone β parents, past competitors, performers, arts supporters, students, retirees, and community members alike.
As we look ahead to the 2026 Eisteddfod, we would love to welcome new volunteers into our community. Volunteering is a wonderful way to support young performers, connect with others, and help keep the performing arts thriving in Gladstone.

To every volunteer past and present β thank you. The Eisteddfod simply would not happen without you. π
