Zumba_Stu is back at YFC Gladstone from 5:30pm Tuesday with a full hour of music, movement, laughs and a decent chance of forgetting you’re actually exercising. 😎

You do not need to be a dancer.
You do not need to know the routines.
You just need to show up and give it a go.

💃 Huge thanks to everyone who came along to our 80’s Zumba night at YFC! 🕺

What a fun night — great music, plenty of laughs, lots of movement and, most importantly, a great crew to share it with. ❤️

That’s what Zumba_Stu is all about: come for the workout, stay for the people and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Think neon, throwback hits, questionable fashion choices and a whole lot of movement as we turn YFC into our own little retro dance floor.
