The PhysiPole Gladstone Studio is up and running with pole fitness, hoop, and hammock classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced students! There is no Age, Shape, Size or Fitness requirement to start pole and aerials. It is for EVERYONE! PRIVATE ONE ON ONES AND GROUP PRIVATES ALSO AVAILABLE ON EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK.
