As the sunsets on what was an amazingly spectacular production of MoanaJr, that’s a wrap for another year.
Over 900 people were entertained by the wonderfully talented Creative Works Youth Theatre cast.
Like they say“ It takes a village “ Well it really does! It took a village to create the village of Montinui, but together we did it.
Unfortunately we have no video footage of this incredible production, photos and footage greatly appreciated. 🌺

From an idea to something pretty incredible 🛶🌺

A little behind-the-scenes look at the making of our boat for Moana JR.

One of those builds that started with a vision, a few reference photos and no real set of plans. Just a very talented husband who has an incredible ability to look at something, work it out and bring it to life.

Watching our set slowly transform from simple materials into the world of Moana is such a special part of the process.

And this one isn’t quite finished yet… 🌊✨

Good morning to al CWYT families.
Just a reminder that drama starts back this week!
The cast of Moana Jr will rehearse on both Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 5pm.
I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.
Moana rehearsal t-shirts are now available to order.

14/04/2026

Absolutely, this is a fun one 🌺🌊

⸻

✨ Exciting update! ✨

Our sample shirts are officially on their way… and we received our first one yesterday 👀

Safe to say we are so impressed. The quality is incredible. We’ve gone with AS Colour tees, so if you know, you know… these shirts are seriously worth their weight in gold 🙌

The print has come up absolutely beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with how they’ve turned out.

They feature the show poster graphic on the back, and Creative Works Youth Theatre’s new logo on the front along with the year of production, making them such a special keepsake 💛

Just like Moana setting sail on her journey, these shirts are something our cast can treasure long after the final curtain 🌊✨

Shirts will be $45 each. They can be worn to rehearsals, on show day, or even out and about to help spread the word and celebrate the show 🌺🎭
