Throwback Thursday!

We loved seeing everyone's artwork in the 2024 Mid West Arts Members Exhibition! We can't wait to see your work for the Mid West Members Exhibition 2026!

The Member's exhibition is an exhibition open to all Mid West Arts Members, highlighting the thriving arts community in the Mid West Region. This open-themed exhibition involves works from a variety of mediums, with artists at all stages of their careers. Submissions open to Members later this year, more information coming soon.

We had a great workshop with 'SEVEN FORMS (Geraldton '26)' Artists Layli Rakhsha and Monika Lukowska-Appel. Reflecting on some of their work currently exhibiting upstairs here at GRAG through the history of mono print and exploring ideas through subtractive and additive mono print.

We had a great time with 'SEVEN FORMS (Geraldton '26)' Artist Alana McVeigh. Alana ran a Ceramic Workshop based around Porcelain Hand Building Techniques, reflecting on some of her work currently exhibiting upstairs here at GRAG.

Entering the Gascoyne Art Awards from the Midwest just got a whole lot easier!

The Shire of Carnarvon has partnered with Geraldton Regional Art Gallery (GRAG) to make entering the Gascoyne Art Awards 2026 easier than ever! 🙌

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 $𝟱𝟬 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲, 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗱𝘁𝗼𝗻 and we'll handle getting it to Carnarvon for the exhibition and back again afterwards. No long trip required! 💛
