A quick stop at Nagle Catholic College today to deliver some staging to the theatre room and catch up with Neil.

It’s always great to see schools investing in their performing arts spaces and supporting opportunities for students to get involved in theatre, music and live production.

We look forward to seeing the next generation of performers take to the stage. 🎭🎶

What a massive couple of weeks it has been for the 65Thirty team!

From corporate events and full-scale productions to a few livestreams in between, it’s certainly been all systems go across the Midwest. Despite the busy schedule, we still managed to make the trip to Perth and back for the Entech Roadshow—and we’re so glad we did.

It was fantastic to catch up with so many familiar faces, meet many of our amazing suppliers from the east coast in person, and put faces to names we’ve worked with for years. The welcome we received was incredible, and we walked away with plenty of new knowledge, valuable insights, and, of course, a growing list of equipment we’d love to add to the inventory one day!

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to chat, share their expertise, and showcase the latest technology. It’s always inspiring to see where our industry is heading and how we can continue to improve the experiences we deliver for our clients.

🌧️🐂 Mullewa Muster & Rodeo 2026 🐂🌧️

What a wet and wild weekend! Another Mullewa Muster & Rodeo is done and dusted, and this year certainly kept everyone on their toes with the weather.

Despite the rain, the mud and a few curveballs from Mother Nature, the event rolled on thanks to the hard work of organisers, volunteers, competitors, entertainers and patrons who embraced the conditions and made the most of it.

A huge congratulations to everyone involved in bringing another fantastic event to life.

Every Friday we’re lucky to have young Zephyr from Champion Bay Senior High School join the 65Thirty team for work placement. 🎶

A talented musician and skilled drummer, Zephyr has a real passion for all things audio and live production. This Friday he got hands-on experience with the Allen & Heath SQ-6 digital audio desk, learning his way around live sound control.

The focus for the day was microphone placement, understanding EQ, and learning how to shape and control sound in a live setting.

It’s awesome to see young locals so eager to learn and grow within the industry — the future of live production is looking bright! 🔊🙌
