From what first began as a humble little dance class conducted on a Saturday morning in Hamlyn Heights, Karen Feldman’s Dance Studio has now grown into a large dance studio with classes conducted at seven locations throughout Geelong and its surrounding areas. The fundamental aim of the classes, when it first began back in July 2005, was simply to offer fun dance classes for children. However as t

he studio has grown, so has the understanding of how the studio serves the wider community and how it is much more than just “fun dance classes for children”. Cultivate a passion and enjoyment of dance

Learning should be pleasurable. While the same principle of “fun dance classes” still applies the studio should also cultivate a love for dance as an art form and a respect for dance technique.

2. Promote confidence in young children

The studio aims to not only teach students basic dance practice, but also instill life skills and foster self-assurance and self-confidence. It is the knowledge that we are lovable, we are capable, and we are unique.

3. Offering age appropriate and wholesome curriculum

The underlying principle here is “let children be children”. Music, costumes, dance steps are all selected with the correct age-range in mind. Classes are offered in Toddler Dance, Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, Cheerleading, Classical Ballet, Commercial Dance and Contemporary. Ages 2 years to Adults.

KF DANCE is more than a dance studio – it’s a vibrant, community-driven movement built on heart, inclusion and genuine connection. The studio blends high-quality dance education with an age appropriate and wholesome syllabus – creating confidence young children with a passion and enthusiasm for dance!

Our Thursday night classes in Armstrong Creek are held at Armstrong Creek Primary School, 100 central blvd, Armstrong Creek!

We have a few openings in our mixed style classes for new students to join us!

Tinies - 5-6 yrs - 4pm-4:45pm
Juniors- 7-8 yrs - 4:45-5:30pm
Inters - 9-11 yrs - 5:30pm-6:15pm
Seniors - 12-14yrs - 6:15pm-7:00pm
Adv Seniors - 15 yrs + - 7:00pm-7:45pm

The annual Festival of Sport at was so much fun tonight for our KF Company dancers!

It’s always wonderful to be included in events like this and to see dance recognised as a powerful way for children to stay active, healthy and engaged in physical activity…all while expressing themselves creatively.

Pako Festa 2026 – WOW!

We danced, we sweated, we had so much FUN!

There is something very special about Pako Festa… something you really can't explain unless you EXPERIENCE it! It's honestly such a beautiful reflection of our multicultural country – the blending together of cultures, all dancing and moving along our city centre, with people of all cultures watching, clapping and waving along!

I love seeing the faces of the food vendors along the street smiling back at our dancers as they prepare their delicious treats, ready for the crowds to disperse after the parade.
