A year ago, Shalini and her team at Nurse Next Door Werribee were working out of cafes and libraries. This year, they moved into their own private office at Cowork + Create.
"We started off working from cafes and libraries, then progressed to hiring the meeting room at Cowork + Create occasionally, then got a permanent desk, and now we have our own private office space," Shalini told me. "Looking back, it actually reflects the growth of our business journey over the past year."

"It's improved our productivity enormously, given our team a collaborative place to meet, and created a really professional and positive environment for us to continue growing in," Shalini said. "We're genuinely very proud of how far we've come."
