album release day warrants a Throw Back Thursday to our sold out MONSTER of a show at Bended Elbow Geelong back in 2012… They were my “unicorn” act at the time and it was one of the best nights in my venue booking career (to that date). 🦄

First gig booked at Workers Barbecue was Northeast Party House… it was a SOLD OUT hot mess of fun! 😂

WE NEED A VENUE TO BOOK! Give us a job. 🎵

First time we ever received our full rider was at the workers club in Geelong somewhere between 2012-2014…. It was very exciting but came with its own unique set of challenges… Mitch spent 30mins looking for his phone charger after the gig only to find Jack using it as a belt passed out in the green room. I’m sure we played fantastic that night.

🖤 THROWBACK THURSDAY
March 2019 — selling out Workers Club Geelong and signing their Stay vinyl for me after the show. ( )

Packed room, loud singalongs, sweat on the walls — one of those nights that reminds you why you do it.

Those nights built what Spinning Half is all about — connecting artists, venues, and fans to create something real.

Would love to bring more of that energy back.
