Looking for a group of like-minded people with a shared experience of Mental Health & Neurodivergence? Antifragile might just be the place for you! Antifragile is a peer-led artistic support group. Through art, we provide a safe space to express ourselves, our experiences, challenge bia

ses, and discuss stereotypes related to mental health. Our unique approach involves facilitators who also have mental health conditions, promoting a peer-led approach that empowers you to take control of your journey. Every Friday, 1pm to 3pm at Norlane Community Centre. Hope to see you there 🎨💪
