It's time to get in for one last ride as this will be our last week of trading, our doors will close forever at 4pm Sunday .
Despite having a buyer for The Park locked in, negotiations between the purchaser & landlords over the past few weeks have ultimately failed due to a rent increase of 135% imposed by the landlords, a figure that well exceeds a recent independent & professional market value assessment.
From next Monday, we begin the massive task of pulling down our ramps & clearing out the skatepark before Nov 30 and we need your help!
SO many of our riders & customers have already offered to help with this. We now need to call in our army of volunteers. Sparky's & plumbers may also be needed.
Please text your details & availability for next week to 0491 761 199 so we can co-ordinate demolition (no DM's) All reasonable offers to purchase the Vert, Mega & Mini Ramp's will be accepted.

For over 10 years, The Park Geelong has been the mecca for indoor action sports - skateboarding, BMX & Scooter riding, rollerblading, roller skating… heck, we’ve even had unicycles!

Tens of thousands of riders from kids through to adults have had a safe, clean, friendly & supervised environment to enjoy their chosen sport.

We have the only indoor concrete street course, the only indoor mini mega ramp and the largest & best indoor vert ramp in the southern hemisphere. We’ve been privileged to watch in action some of the greatest riders from Australia & around the world, but even more so, the endless number of everyday people who just simply love what they do and especially the increasing number of kids who can’t find a place in mainstream sports, but live & breathe for somewhere they feel safe & supported to enjoy their sport, either individually or through organisational programs.

We survived COVID (just) for a record breaking 288 days of shutdown with very little financial support. Now, unfortunately, due to a significant rent increase, we are unable to continue the business in its current form and as many of our followers already know, The Park is on the market. It is our greatest hope that a new owner comes along and takes this amazing facility to another level.

If the business is not sold prior to Nov 30th, there will be no option but to close the doors.
