We have noticed a trend of patrons coming in and filming videos, often with cameras running before even getting approval or seeing who is in the store, personally as a mother who occasionally has her daughter at work, this is a huge no-no. Plus, other community members have been made to feel uncomfortable in the space by these people.
A reminder that whilst we are open to the public, we are a private business. Read below our guidelines on Content, Videoing & Photography in the store:
📦 Filming your packs/cards with nobody else in view? Go for it.
📸 Taking a photo of your own cards or purchases? No worries.
🎥 Want to film around the store, an event or other people? Arrange it with us in advance. Any content posted without our approval will be asked to be removed.
🔴 Want to livestream? Prior approval required.
👧 Children in your shot? Don't assume you have permission.
🛑 Staff ask you to stop filming? Stop immediately.
No prior arrangement = no general video filming.
