My next Neurographic Art workshop will be held at the Tanunda CWA Hall on Sunday August 23 from 10am till 2pm as per attached flyer.
During this session participants can choose to do a basic Neurographic drawing, adding colour, or drawing your own version of a Tree Of Life using the Neurographic Art technique. I have attached an example of both to this post. Those people who have expressed an interest in future workshops, I will email during the next couple of days.

A most enjoyable Neurographic Art workshop held today for 12 lovely ladies. The first couple of hours the ‘Neuro’ part of the workshop, the line marking, individual quiet time with paper and a sharpie, was just that. Quiet, apart from background soothing music. After lunch it was chatty, sharing, adding colour. Loved it!

I am so looking forward to my Neurographic Art Workshop tomorrow at the Barossa Art Gallery and Gifts. I have 12 people coming and just know they will all enjoy it. It’s quite thought provoking!
As this workshop was very popular I have a second workshop to be held at the Tanunda CWA Hall on Sunday August 23 and another at the Barossa Nursery, Nuriootpa in November.

I believe in art for mindfulness, mental therapy. It helps me when I am feeling down. It helps me ‘tune out’ and relax. I believe in Neurographic Art. This is a form of meditation, if you allow it to be, that needs no artistic ability. You don’t need to be able to draw. Just ‘do’. My workshop on Sunday May 24 is for anyone. Men and women, young or mature age. Come and try it! Limited numbers.

Finally organised this workshop, something I really believe in.
At the end of the workshop you will take home your own art piece but it so much more than that. It is the process in the right environment and encouragement for the right mindset to start with. The first half of the workshop is just that! Then, after a short lunch break, the colour, your final interpretation for the end result.
I will be at the Angaston Country Market this coming Sunday, April 19 from 10 till 2. Come and have a chat!

My little pair of wrens is done! It will stay ‘propped’ in the art room for a few days before being signed, taken off the board, prints made and original framed. I am quite happy with the end result. I have just a little more doodling to do on my ‘Neuro’ piece before I am happy with it. I will have dates and venues for my Neurographic Art Workshops within the next 10 days so. Hopefully two different venues and dates over the next few months.

This is what I am working on at present. A little blue wren boy and girl! Such cuties with the little lad showing off his beautiful colours but still loving the the lass without the need for colourful plumage! There is a message to all of us there😳
