Hosting Chilled Backyard Hangs for Travelling Muso's | Intimate Backyards for Private House Shows in Bringing the "House Show" to Perth!!!

Early this year we did something very random. Nathan Hawes and put a call out on his Social Media channels for someone to host an intimate backyard gig for 70 of his fans. We put our hands up and the next day opened our suburban backyard and home to himself, his team and Riley Pearce - WOW. Needless to say we were blown away and wanted to do it all over again. Hence the creation of Suburban Vibes.

Supporting Australian talent and Offering backyard digs for travelling Muso's wanting to host intimate gigs to their fans. What's in it for us?!?! - just the opportunity to support great talent on their way around Australia and we get to enjoy it all without leaving home. For those talented souls heading to Perth - feel free to get in contact with us to discuss you hijacking our backyard for your private gig. For those of you wanting to experience artists in an intimate vibe - then this is the way to do it. Bring a blanket and good vibes ✨

We’re back with & and if it’s anything like last time, it’s going to be something really special.

🎟️ A small number of tickets have just been released and are available online now. If you miss out, there’s still plenty of great spots to catch the show, so come on down and depending on numbers, we will welcome people waiting into the licensed area at 6.30.pm.

✨ Support Artist Spotlight: BEN MORGAN ✨

Catch when he opens up for ‘The Weight of our Dreaming’ show in Fremantle next weekend!

Hailing from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Ben has spent years busking and performing all over Australia, and has just wrapped up touring with Ziggy Alberts, as well as supporting Kim Churchill, Boy & Bear, Haynes Cooper (just to name a few).

His sound is a beautiful blend of folk and blues, and trust us, Ben is one of those artists you need to see live. This will also be his only WA show, so don’t sleep on it.

✨ JUST UNDER FOUR WEEKS TO GO ✨

We are beyond excited to welcome back for his The Weight Of Our Dreaming album tour, and this one feels especially close to home.

What some people might not know is that over 10 years ago, before Suburban Vibes even existed, we unknowingly hosted a house show in our backyard… and Riley Pearce was on the lineup. After hearing his dreamy, beautiful songs drifting through the night, something clicked. That intimate, under-the-stars magic became the heartbeat of what would later become Suburban Vibes. 🌙✨

Now, all these years later, it feels incredibly full circle to be hosting Riley again, this time at , Freo, with the amazing and joining him as supports.

Laura Lucas is a Canadian-born, Melbourne-based indie-folk songstress, has been weaving her way into hearts with her intimate, dreamy vocals and storytelling that feels like a secret whispered just for you. Born in Winnipeg and now rooted in Australia’s vibrant music scene, her deeply personal songs blend delicate instrumentation with evocative lyricism, earning comparisons to the likes of Lana Del Rey, Phoebe Bridgers and Taylor Swift.
