Hamilton Hillbillies take over as house band this month and start off with a very special event. In this special edition of the Bluegrass club, Bluegrass legends Jim Fisher and Ian Simpson will do an intimate workshop style session. Jim and Simmo will discuss their Bluegrass origins, picking, playing tips and demos, stories of the road with The Sensitive New Age Cowpersons, Paul Kelly, Slim Dusty and more. A great interactive session to learn some chops, hear their roots and influences direct from two of Australia's finest exponents of the genre.

Following that will be Freo's country darling the amazing Helen Townsend the her band of cowboys to bring the night home with some fantastic band vibes. Don't forget the Bluegrass Jam session from 5pm prior to the show. Tix through Oztix.

Hi everyone, hope you're all doing fine. We're very sad to have to let you know that the March gig has had to be cancelled as Clancy's has made the tough decision to close early on Sundays until level two restrictions are lifted. Hopefully we'll be back all banjo's blazing in April - we'll be in touch! Stay safe, stay well :)
