We are excited to share some great news! Our Group Fitness room is about to undergo a major expansion!

To enhance your experience and allow for more space, comfort, and variety, we'll be expanding into the current training room. This upgrade will increase the room size from 91.7m2 to 178m2 - almost doubling the space.

Classes from Tuesday 16 June to Sunday 21 June are now live and have been updated. Classes will run as normal on Monday 15 June.

Classes will run at Samson Recreation Centre or in the Creche (outside of creche hours).

For classes run at Samson Rec Centre, we will have a pop up creche available (more information will be sent to regular attendees).

INTRODUCING 3X - A fast, fun, trainer-led small group workout designed to maximise results in just 30 minutes. With a mix of cardio and strength training, this circuit-style class keeps you moving, challenged, and motivated from start to finish. Limited to just four people, 30X delivers personalised coaching, high energy, and a supportive team vibe so you get more out of every session in less time.

3X will run three times a day Monday to Friday and 6 times a day Saturday and Sunday.

To book, log into your client portal or APP - these sessions can be booked 1 week in advance.
