Today, I want to put three things on your heart

🤍1: You exist in abundance.

You are enough, you are doing enough, you have enough.

Even if you are walking in a valley, you are still doing an incredible job.

Look backwards and see how far you’ve come.

🤍2: True transformation doesn’t happen in one day, so don’t beat yourself up or judge yourself to hate hell when you’re not showing up at your best every single day.

🤍3: You are going to have days even after making huge strides - you have an off day.

Continue to focus on just making one step towards your future very day.

Say one positive thing about yourself today, get to bed early, read books by people who inspire you, begin meditating- just 5 minutes, journal, walk the first mile, attend that event, delete any social media “influencer” who doesn’t inspire love and motivation.

Just start, and just do one thing to move the needle in the right direction.

Each little habit are gonna add up big time for you, sister.

Because you were made for greatness.

Will you rest?
As best you can?

Take some time and rest. Tomorrow is a new day.

A day where you will make new mistakes and have new wins.

You are the most important person in your life — take care of you!

As humans we are constantly changing.

Growing, altering, adapting.

Our cells are continuously dying and regenerating.

Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, even on a subconscious level, we shed the parts of ourselves we no longer need, we burn, and then like a Phoenix we are rebirthed from the ashes.

But what I think is more extraordinary is that we have the potential, the power to take control of our own development and choose the way we mould and contour within these changes.

We can choose to sit back, allow our minds and bodies to do the process all on its own.

Or, we can intentionally step in to our conscious bodies and purposely dictate, manifest, the outcomes we desire.

And we can do this, simply by becoming more aware, more present and more open.

Self-care, self love, cultivating happiness & lightness of thought, practicing living with a lightness of heart, kindness, affection, curiosity, passion and playfulness.

Where we invest our energy, change grows.
