Lights on Hoya 22 Hoya Crescent Frankston North. Several homes in the street decorate their homes for the Christmas Festive Season.

At no 22, For Halloween we have a Light and Fright display to music. For the month of December we run a christmas light show synchronised to music with over 15000 lights

We overheard a couple discussing how the woman loved it and the guy told her he would come back later , jump the fence and steal it for her.

I have video of the couple and their children.

If anything is stolen, off to the police will go the evidence
