Tempo Thursdays, Live with John & Friends A night of live music each week with cheap drink deals and local UQ bands and DJs. There are cheap drink deals that will be advertised on this page each week.

Tempo Thursdays, Live with John & Friends is a Thursday which promotes local University of Queensland (UQ) talent, and features these bands from 7pm through to 2am at the Tempo Hotel: 388 Brunswick St, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Bands will change each week and if you feel like you are a group or a pair or whatever that has a bit of talent, send me a message and we can line you up to play. There i

s also a licensed DJ area downstairs featuring local UQ DJs and a bar with all sorts of things on offer.
