Is your little one heading off to BIG school soon? 🎒✨
Starting Kindergarten is a huge milestone, and the skills that help children feel confident stepping into a classroom can begin long before their first day.
Preschool dance gives little ones the opportunity to practise following instructions, responding to their name, listening and focusing, taking turns, working within a group and becoming more independent from their grown-ups. 🤍
They’re also learning through movement… counting, recognising colours and shapes, remembering sequences and developing the coordination and gross motor skills they’ll use every day at school.
And one of our favourites? 🥹 They’re building friendships and familiar faces along the way, sometimes meaning that first day of Kindy already has a friendly face waiting for them.
Dance might look like fun (and it is!), but there’s so much learning happening along the way. 🩰🎒
