This video is raw, real, and a little outside my comfort zone… but so is this whole journey.

I’m new to running my own studio, and I’m still learning the ins and outs of social media, business, and everything in between, but one thing I do know is the heart behind what I’ve created.

Believe Aerial Arts is more than just a fitness studio. It’s a safe, welcoming space for every body — no matter your age, ability, experience, or background.

I wanted to share this journey honestly, especially for those of you who have been thinking about trying a class but feel unsure of what to expect.

Here, we move, we grow, we laugh, we challenge ourselves, and most importantly, we support one another.
