Asha Moon was dreamed into life by local artist Shannon Cotterill - the name literally came to her during a dream back in 2015. Upon waking that morning, she exclaimed "Asha Moon!" to her (very patient & supportive!) husband & promptly registered the business name without a clue of what it was going to manifest into... and here we are 2 years later. 2017... The journey has begun. Shannon is a prof

essional photographer (she has owned & operated 'Bloom Photography Portrait Studio' for the past 15 years) with a background in life drawing, ceramics & sculpture. Pottery was always her first love, (in 1997 she completed a certificate 3 at TAFE fresh out of high school) and is happy to integrate that part of herself back into her life. Back to what makes her feel at one with the earth. Back to clay.

The Wheel of the Year is turning to Ostara! Spring Equinox is a time to celebrate the perfect balance of light and dark, the emergence of life & the sun’s journey to greater illumination 🌞

Join us on Tuesday 23rd September @ 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Themes we will be celebrating: Balance of light and dark - feminine and masculine, creation, fertility, rebirth & growth.

I will be combining my love of circle & ceremony to gather our community to celebrate this turning point.

The evening will include a guided meditation with sound healing & circle work to create a safe container for our time together. We will also be crafting a herbal bath soak for your spring renewal!

I’m also excited to be collaborating with beautiful Cass Campbell from Music For The Mind Cass Campbell who will be taking us through a powerful drumming circle to finish our time together (weather permitting outside in the stone circle space)

You will also receive a crystal to take home from the circle infused with the energy of this special evening 🌱

Join us for the first weekend of spring for a morning of relaxation & playing with clay + flowers…

Craft your very own ritual tray, perfect to catch ash when doing smoke cleansing or for your altar. We will be working with a beautiful warm mid fire speckled clay, using your choice of herbs & plants to create patterns in the clay - it is a magical process what smells amazing too! (think lavender, rosemary and lemon balm…)

You also have the option of stamping a word or affirmation of choice into your creation.
