Exercise can be daunting and maintaining can be challenging. That’s why Glow Dance offers an environment that focuses on improving your body confidence through fun, not hard work. We specialise in group fitness classes – with a focus on dance and stretching – where you can move at

your own pace and sweat with a smile on your face. Guided by our rock star instructors, our classes are sourced from the best dance workouts worldwide and are designed to suit everybody from nervous newcomer to the most extroverted party starters.

Having a KIDS DANCE PARTY has never been easier. Let us create the FUN and do all of the work, so that you can relax and enjoy the celebration. A DANCE PARTY like you will never forget, with a mini- kids GROOVE class, SILENT DISCO headsets and our GLOW disco dance floor, the perfect combination for busting out your best dance moves and getting everyone up for a boogie, shake or shimmy.
