A high-intensity dance cardio workout inspired by the joyful, energetic sounds of Charleston, Swing, Gospel, Electric Swing and Hot Jazz.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:30pm to 7:30pm

First Class is FREE! Drop in class is $15 Adult & $12 Concession but pay only $5 on a Thursday if you attended Tuesday in that same week. Class passes available at a discounted rate.

Posting this on behalf of Hannah who asked me to share this on this page 🥰

This was a hard one to write…. These ladies have been a huge part of my life for the best part of 7 years. Last night was the last SwingTrain night, the last time we danced together under Vicki’s wonderful teaching. This class and this group of ladies have held me together and been the reason I’ve kept going at times. Dancing has become a part of my life and it’s been so good for my soul!! I’ve loved every minute of every class and every get together we’ve had over the years. You have all become like family to me.

Shoutout to Vicki - you are such a wonderful and inspiring teacher. You have become a beautiful friend over the years and I am so glad you came into our lives 😘 Thank-you for being you!! 💃

Super shoutout to Scott for bringing SwingTrain down under and convincing Vicki to be an instructor. We’ve also been very privileged to have been taught by you and Arrianne a few times over the years!! Thank-you both from the bottom of our hearts!!

There are so many more photos that I could have included but these are definitely my favourites!! I only hope that we can all stay in touch and be friends (and dance) for many, many more years to come!! Thank-you all so, so much!! 🥰💃🥳😘

Wow what a special night. Thank you so, so much to all of you who made it out for dinner last night. What a wonderful way to wrap up the SwingTrain chapter. Everyone all dressed up and enjoying each other’s company, without me having to shut you down. It is true when I say we have built a wonderful little community. Something that we can all be proud of. For all the special cards, gifts, messages and words I have received – thank you. You are all very special to me and to know that I have been able to offer something impactful in your lives means the world. Thank you.

Special shout out to my dear friend Scott who is the reason this all came to be. It was a wonderful to have him pop in to say hi and have a send-off drink.
Once again from the bottom of my heart – thank you and have a wonderful Christmas!

And that’s a wrap. Thank you so much to all the lovely dancers who made it along for the final SwingTrain class last night, and for those who couldn’t make it but have reached out with lovely messages. It didn’t quite feel real until the last 8 counts of the night when it hit me. I really am going to miss dancing with you all, but I am so, so grateful for the opportunity to have met you. I didn’t only get to share my love of dancing with you, but I got to sing and laugh, make new friends and share anecdotes from my dancing past and some from my day to day life. Sometimes activities like this give us the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends that we may otherwise have never met. I’m very proud that I was able to create such a community. We may not see each other again on the dance floor but I’m sure there will be occasions in the future for us to catch up.
Thank you again for all your support and well wishes.

Fun fact… Last night we had 3 sets of Mothers and Daughters dancing with us 🥰.

Such a fun class last night - thank you so much for continuing to bring your joyful energy to the dance floor. It’s been lovely seeing some faces popping back in as we dance towards our final class on the 28th November.
