The drone footage is in, and after calculating the QR code registrations, manually counting using the footage and double-checking through A.I, the results are in……and Port Stephens you guys showed up yesterday to help us create our Human Whale along the gorgeous shores of Fingal Bay, with the final count coming in at 1225 people forming out the 100m outline of a Humpback Whale. 🫶
This event gets bigger and better every year, and it’s become an annual event that the community look forward to every July.
We would love to thank all of our amazing stall holders Moonshadow - TQC Cruises, Imagine Cruises - Port Stephens, AquaMarine Adventures, Sea Shelter, ORRCA , OCCI - Ocean & Coastal Care Initiatives, NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service and the Port Stephens Visitor Centre for interacting with our community, and spreading the message of marine & environmental conservation. 🌿 🙌
