Verandah Music Festival

Verandah Music Festival The Verandah Music Festival features quirky and beautiful music played on verandahs around Evandale. Food vans will be located at Festival HQ.

Here are the details for the 2023 festival:

Saturday 25 Nov the festival will run from 3:00-8:30pm (gates open 2:30pm). Sunday 26 Nov the festival will run from 10:00am - 3:30pm (gates open 9:30am). Festival HQ (including disabled parking) is at 9 High St Evandale. REPORT TO FESTIVAL HQ to collect your wristband and program, which includes a map showing the location of the verandahs. Parking will

be available at the Memorial Hall in High St, Evandale and in the grounds of the church next door. On street parking is also available along High St and Murray St. Toilets are available at the Memorial Hall and in Pioneer Park (close to the Russell St entrance). Meals and takeaways are available at the Prince of Wales Hotel, Clarendon Arms Hotel, No. 10 and Evandale Takeaway. Alcoholic beverages will be available for sale at Festival HQ and there are also two pubs in Evandale. BYO alcohol is not permitted. For more information, visit verandahmusicfestival.com

Today's the day for Handsome Molly in Evandale!

Gates open at Briar Lane (35 Collins St) at 1:30pm.

Calum & Marguerite (acoustic and electric folk covers and originals) at 2:00pm.

Jacob Boote (pictured) & Peter Waddle (blues, jive and world music) 2:30ish.

Handsome Molly (Hobart based acoustic folk three-piece) 3:15ish.

Parking will be available in Falls Park (where Evandale Sunday Market is held). Chairs provided or bring a camp chair. BYO.

Tickets at the gate: Adults $20, Concession $15, Kids 12-17 years $10, under 12 years free.

We're thrilled to announce that Handsome Molly, one of our favourite Verandah Music Festival acts, will be performing at Briar Lane, Evandale on Sat 16 Aug, with special guests Jacob Boote and Peter Waddle + Calum & Marguerite.
