END OF YEAR PARTY:
Each year I like to congratulate the students on a successful year and reward them with a bit of a party. Due to the large number of for kids I have decided the divide the students into juniors and seniors (see dates below). At this party we generally play a few games, have a bit of dancing and I also present the students with a certificate for successfully completing a year of dance. In terms of catering, I would like to ask each family to provide a small plate of food to share amongst the students, however there is no need to bring drinks as I will provide these. I would appreciate some help in supervising the kids so if you are able to stay to help that would be great.

REMINDER:

Little Groovers will not be held this Thursday morning the 4th of December due to the hall not being available. Our last class will be on Thursday the 11th of December instead.

Thursday Afternoon Classes: Due to the Scout Hall being used for Edge of The Bay prep, thursday afternoon classes will be held at the Civic Centre this week.

Hi everyone. Wow what a response we have had for ticket sales to this years concert. Unfortunately we have sold out prior to a couple of families getting any tickets for the evening show. If you currently have any tickets which you know you won’t be requiring please let me know so I am able to accommodate these families. Thanks Fee

Hi there
Please read through the following important points in regard to a few things in the coming weeks.

Week 10 will see the Anglican Church Hall being used for the annual Wildflower festival. I thought that I would still be able to use the hall during this time, however it has just been confirmed that the hall will not be available during this week. Next week will therefore be the last week of term for both my Wednesday classes and the Little Groovers class. Tuesday and Thursday classes will be unaffected by the festival and will proceed as normal.

Earlier in the year I put out a note with important dates including the photo day that I like to have for me to check costuming and take some beautiful photos of my students. Due to hall and photographer availability, I will need to make a small change to this date. Photo Day will now be on Saturday 15th November. I will be putting out the timetable for this day very soon so please keep an eye on my page and website for further details.

Costuming is well underway, however, to place the last few orders (and to ensure costumes are ready in time) I require a few outstanding invoices to be paid. I will be sending out statements over the next few days, if you could please pay any outstanding balances ASAP that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, what a day! I just emailed you all with some really exciting news and at the same time was doing a covid test as I wasn't feeling very well. Covid it is!! Sorry guys will have to cancel classes for the week. In good news hopefully this means I have it out of the way for the year and the concert will be smooth sailing. Fingers crossed!!! See you all next week.
