This weekend we are looking for blue card holding volunteers for our Instrumental competition day and our first Speech and Drama competition day. Come and make some new friends and enjoy new and interesting experiences that aren’t usually available.
* Instrumental – Saturday 15 August
* Session 1: 10:30am–2:15pm
* Session 2: 2:00pm–3:30pm
* Speech & Drama – Sunday 16 August
* Afternoon Session: 12:30pm–4:00pm
Adjudicators Assistant - you have the best seat in the house and enjoy time supporting our esteemed adjudicators, helping with writing prize winning certificates and handing out medals.
Back stage helper/team - sit with and support our competitors side stage while they are waiting for their performance, and provide them with their pre-prepared, personalised participation certificate.
Instrumental Assistant - help the competitors get settled on / leaving the stage with their instrument, seating and accessories. This important role helps our instrumental competition stay on time.
Audio Visual Team - sit at the audio desk, use a computer to play our recorded message, and competitor provided backing tracks, and also control our Eisteddfod PowerPoint slides. Full instruction provided.
