Linda De Toma is a ceramic artist based in Eltham in Melbourne’s north east. Linda’s studio practice incorporates functional and sculptural ceramic pieces. Known for her signature porcelain ranges, Linda draws inspiration direct from her environment with sand and poppies as featured motifs. Linda’s latest range of teapots, vases and bowls incorporate hand painted gingko leaf designs. Linda has worked as a ceramic artist for over 20 years and has exhibited widely. Her ceramics are held in the Nillumbik Shire Council collection and in private collections.

What a weekend! Yesterday, the votes were counted and the winner for the Primary school age category is Amelie for her piece "The Wattle Tree'. The winner of the Secondary school age category is Ruby, from DVC for her watercolour piece 'Yellow Wattle Cocky'. What incredible talent we had this year in the Junior show. They won goodies from Hurstbridge Diamond Creek Eltham Doreen-Mernda Kinglake Community Branches, Claydreamers, Honey Images Photography, Going Green Solutions, Neil Sanders, Victorian Artists Supplies, Lamy Australia, Pickwick & Sprout and Mooluu
