*** A big welcome to Tim on now being the sole host of Open Mic, Yes guys Its back on again this Thursday night (4/1) from 7-10:30pm with Tim Gilmour Music. Tim has been sharing the hosting duties with me for a few months now and will be taking over the reins for good from here on in. its been an incredibly fun 5 years. Its been such a privilege being able to offer a supportive space for musicians & singers to perform for the 1st time in front of people, or for musos who are getting back into if after years away, and also for mates to come and jam with mates who don't get a chance to otherwise. A massive thanks to all the amazing performers over the years and to the supporters who come along every month, a massive thanks to awesome staff at the 1895 The Royal, you guys bloody rock (sorry for the late finishes, especially early days, man some went late !!! lol, and also thanks for all the lifts home and Maccas runs lol ) Cheers, Mark
