Do you know a budding young artist? For the first time, young artists aged 8 - 16 are invited to exhibit in this year's 20x20 art exhibition, held in the Community Gallery. Each young artist will be eligible to win an art pack in the People's Choice award.

Celebrating its ninth year, the 20x20 Art Exhibition is an annual community exhibition, where all artworks are an identical size (20cm by 20cm) and price ($100) and all artworks are sold anonymously.

Entry is $10 and single canvases can be purchased in the Gosford Regional Gallery shop for $9.

Although there are just a couple of adult entry tickets left (at time of posting), there are plenty of tickets available for children aged 8 - 16 to enter this year's 20x20 Art Exhibition. Single canvases are available at the gallery giftshop for only $9 each.

Deadline is July 12 so there is plenty of time for younger artists to get creating and be featured in our exhibition.

A helpful suggestion for mounting your photos, prints, drawings, watercolours, mixed media works on paper onto wooden panels for your entries. (This is Part 1.) 8" x 8" boards for example, can be purchased at Eckersleys and use any thick gel medium or Modge Podge.
