Heya Beautiful Souls ✨️

A little update, my knee is finally healing, with the help of the amazing Leisa at WellBowen Bowen Therapy, she is so intuitive and knows exactly where and how to release the tension and tightness. Also my physiotherapist, we are finally getting mobility and strength back.

Feels great to be heading back into full swing . I want to say a big thank you for the heartwarming and healing vibes from your comments and messages. I appreciate you all so very much 🙏 💕✨️

It has actually been tougher than I expected, it has tested my patience, it has made me slow down, it has taught me to accept help and ask for help. Its the lessons of self care and its importance above all. Im not getting younger but I want to feel younger, to do that I need to prioritise myself. 🙌🥰

Im really looking forward to getting back to connecting with my dread tribe, taking time for my self care, playing in my garden and enjoying the simple things 🌿

Happy 5th Dreadiversary Lee-Anne Atkinson 🥳😍✨️

We installed Lee's dreads in Nannup, and now she drives over 2hrs to Dwellingup. As she says they are our babies 🥰.

Its amazing how much they grow, and looking back, seeing thin short dreads or as Lee says 'Cynth i a!' 😅 IYKYK to now full long locs. A perfect example of trust the process ✨️

I love the years of connection I have with beautiful souls and their dreads 💕
