Last night our very own Eddie Bruce⁩ was accepted into the Association of Community Theatre Hall of Fame for decades of dedicated service to community and theatre.

Eddie is the embodiment of community theatre — its heart, its community, and its enduring grit. A Life Member of Dural Musical Society, he exemplifies the very best of community theatre leadership.

Eddie’s philosophy is simple and enduring: when you build the community, the rest will follow. He is a volunteer who pours his heart and soul into every production, always willing to share his skills, knowledge, wisdom, and time with others. He is theatre through and through — someone for whom this work is not just a passion, but a lifelong calling.

For his decades of service, his leadership, his dedication, and his unwavering commitment to community and the people within it, Eddie Bruce is a truly deserving nominee for induction into the Association of Community Theatre Hall of Fame. Congratulations!

We are still on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to join our growing team. Even without a show to finish 2026, there is still plenty going on behind the curtain. If that could be you, please get in touch with us 😁

Stay tuned on our socials - good times are ahead!
