🩷✨OUR FIRST EVER JUNIOR TEAMS — WHAT A DAY! 🩷

Our hearts are FULL! 🥹💗 What a special milestone for Hills Physie, with our very first Junior Teams taking the floor at United Physie Teams Day! 🤩😭

Our gorgeous 5–6 Years team, joined by the beautiful Zali from South Coast Physie, and our fabulous 9–12 Years team, joined by lovely Cailin & Shiloh from PREMIER PHYSIE AND DANCE, made us SO SO proud! 🫶🏼✨

We may not have placed this year but the girls all absolutely SMASHED their performances and showed us what Teams Day is really all about! 🥹🩷 For most this is their first year of Physie ever and to take the floor as a team is a huge achievement in itself!
✨ Giving it your best
✨ Cheering on your teammates and all the other clubs
✨ Smiling, having fun and making memories
✨ Building confidence in our physie & celebrating everyone
✨ Looking amazing in our pink leotards & club gear
✨ Having so many fun photos together
✨ Forming beautiful new friendships along the way 💕

Watching these girls come together, support one another and enjoy every moment was so special. And how lucky are we to have made some gorgeous new Physie friendships with Zali, Cailin & Shiloh along the way! 🫶🏼💗

Results are only one little part of the journey. The confidence gained, the friendships formed and the memories made will last SO much longer! 🩷

Girls, we are all beyond proud of you! Thank you for being part of such a special FIRST for Hills Physie. Here’s to many more Junior Teams days, more friendships and more memories together! So very grateful for each and every one of you ✨

We have a very special perpetual award that is given out at Presentation Night each year. It is the Golden Heart Award in honour of Debbie Hill.

Miss Jess & Michaela’s mum, Debbie, unfortunately lost her battle with cancer at the young age of 59 back in May 2022. She was heavily involved in all our sport as the Physie club President for many years and an active member doing physie across multiple associations her whole life.

The award to honour Debbie and share her legacy with others is given to someone who shows some of her strong values and traits as well as the clubs values, particularly around patience, team work, ongoing effort and consistency and above all kindness and respect to all.

The very deserving 2025 winner was Anastasia Bialous 💕
Anna showed (and continues to do so!) so much dedication, an openness to help and encourage others while also pushing herself, she has amazing club spirit, always offering to help in any way she can, comes to every competition even when she actually didn’t have to and is the biggest supporter of all our members! A beautiful and inspirational role model on and off the physie floor for all our members. It’s not an award that is normally given to a teacher but a little exception was made and couldn’t have been more proud to give this award to Anastasia.

Today on Debbie’s 64th heavenly Birthday, we celebrate the amazing woman, nan, mum, wife and friend she was, while also celebrating the wonderful recipient of her award in 2025, Anastasia 🩷🩷

We can’t wait to see who is awarded this in 2026!
