Something magic happens when women come together to create 💫
The hands get busy, the conversation starts to flow, the nervous system softens and suddenly connection feels easy.
We share stories, we laugh, we listen, we express the things we might not have found the words for otherwise.
There’s no pressure to perform, no need to have it all figured out, just women, together, making something with their hands and allowing whatever needs to move, to move.
And I think this is where some of the deepest healing can occur.
In the creating, in the playing, in the being witnessed and in the belonging.
When women create together, we don’t just make art.
We make space for each other, we feel safe, we become inspired and we heal ✨
