It’s been a big month.
Here are some pretty pictures of “Hello Colo” during a pretty hairy time.
A couple of weeks ago, we got a message on our phone from the fire service:
“Emergency Fire warning. It is too late to leave. Seek shelter as the fire front approaches. Protect yourself from the heat of the fire.”
The “Gospers Mountain” fire made its way through our place.
One of many fires are burning across our state right now. 720 homes destroyed so far this fire season. More than 2.7 million hectares burnt.
Hello Colo still stands. And, thanks to all the local RFS volunteers, our river side community has been lucky.
