Announcement 🥳 This project is the closest thing to my heart I have ever created. It was born at my kitchen table and inspired by my children!
🎨🖌 I’ve spent years teaching people how to draw and paint.
Now I’ve built a system that turns “I can’t” into “I can”.

For a long time, I’ve been quiet behind the scenes.
By day, I’m homeschooling my two neurodiverse miracles and teaching around 100+ students a week at Desire To Sketch.
By night, I’ve been building a bridge.

Most art kits are single-use.
You paint one picture, pack it away and that’s the end of it.

What I’ve created is different.
What I’ve created is a Guided Creative Experience System.

It’s a reusable toolkit designed to meet you exactly where you are!
Whether you start by tracing, use a grid for structure and proportion, follow a template for guidance, paint upside down to build observation skills and experience the excitement of the reveal, or draw freehand when you’re ready.

With guided video tutorials, every method builds a different skill.
This system is designed to build confidence step by step, not just help you finish one painting.

Because through teaching so many different people, and through homeschooling my own children, I realised something really important:

People don’t need more supplies.
They need a system that builds confidence step by step until they start believing they can actually do this.

So I built one.

And I’m very proud to finally say our new Painting Kits are starting to hit the website and will officially be available on March 30th. This isn’t just a one-time release. To keep the momentum, I will be adding new versions every fortnight.

Join us for a special evening celebrating creativity, community, and the incredible talent of our Desire To Sketch Aspiring Artists! 🎨

This relaxed and inspiring showcase will feature artworks from our dedicated students — children, teens, and adults — who have poured their passion into every piece over the last term.

✨ By the end of next week I’ll be a certified Creative Arts Coach for children! - Specialising in the Expression Breakthrough System✨

From my own journey, I know what it’s like to carry pain — and I also know the power of transforming that pain into purpose. Art has always been my way of healing, expressing, and finding strength, and now I’ll have the tools to help children and others do the same.

This certification is more than just professional development — it’s a chance to turn my lived experience into a pathway that supports young people in:
🌈 Discovering their voice
🌈 Building resilience
🌈 Finding hope through creativity

Through my existing art classes, I’ve already witnessed the incredible benefits art can bring to children. Many of the young people I work with have experienced trauma — some are referred to me through Anglicare, while others may be facing bullying at school, struggling with the challenges of everyday childhood, or navigating life as neurodiverse individuals. By offering them a safe and supportive environment, I’ve seen how art creates space for healing, expression, and confidence to grow.

I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you all and begin creating programs that truly change lives. 💜
