Exciting upgrades are coming to Doveton Pool in the Park! 🏊‍♂️✨
The City of Casey is making improvements to keep Doveton Pool. Stage one construction kicks off at the end of May 2025 and will wrap up by April 2026.

Here’s what’s coming:
• Replacing the 50m pool.
• Adding an accessible entry ramp.
• Reducing the depth for more accessible programming.
• Upgrading the plant room and equipment

Please note: Doveton Pool will be closed for the 2025/26 Summer Season — but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

You might notice some activity on-site soon as construction gets underway.

☀️ The sun is shining on a beautiful 30°C day, which looks to be the last day Doveton Pool will be open this season!

Our season ends in March, and with forecasts showing temperatures below 25°C for the remaining days, TODAY is your final opportunity to enjoy our facilities until next summer.

What a fantastic season it's been! We'd like to thank everyone who joined us for a swim this summer.

Grab your towels, sunscreen, and friends for one last dip at Doveton Pool today - the water's perfect for a final summer swim!

aggression against staff in aquatic facilities last year?

Our lifeguards are here to keep you safe, so let’s show them the respect they deserve.

Remember these steps for a safer and more enjoyable pool visit:
✅ Listen to lifeguards’ and other staff's instructions.
✅ Supervise your children at all times.
✅ Treat staff and fellow swimmers with respect.

📌 A reminder of our opening policy at Doveton Pool!

When does the pool open? Simple - any day the temperature is forecast to reach 25°C or above. We check the next day's forecast at 4:30pm daily (Melbourne BOM) to confirm our opening status.

🕐 Opening Hours (when temp is above 25°C)
Weekdays: 3pm-7:30pm
Weekends & School Holidays: 11:30am - 7:30pm

Remember these essential tips over the weekend:
- Apply and reapply sunscreen every 2 hours
- Take shade breaks & wear a hat
- Drink plenty of water

Not feeling your best? Watch for warning signs like feeling dizzy, headaches, or confusion. Our expert lifeguards are always on deck to help if you're not feeling right.
