Symmetry is a boutique pole dancing and fitness studio, located in the heart of Diamond Creek.

Symmetry is a new pole studio coming soon to the Eltham/Diamond Creek area. Pole dancing is a fantastic workout, different to any other form of fitness you've ever tried and incredibly fun (and addictive - just ask us!)

In addition to pole classes, Symmetry intends to offer a range of complimentary classes including strength and flexibility classes, yoga classes, handstand classes and more. The i

nstructors we have lined up for you are incredible - experienced, strong, fit, positive, amazing women and men who are passionate about their specialities and cannot wait to share their knowledge with all of you! Please stay tuned for more info and updates as they become available. We are currently looking at several possible locations but are hoping to announce our confirmed location as soon as possible.

NEW TIMETABLE ALERT!!!!
Term 2 starts on Monday 17th March with just the one small change. We have a 4 week Lyrical Dance course with Jen on Wednesdays at 7.30pm, starting on 19th March. Pole Camp will then run for the last 4 weeks of term, from 16 April. Bookings available via the Symmetry app or Mind Body

Our 4 week Pole Acro & Handstands course starts next Tuesday, 18th February at 8.30pm with our superstar instructor
Learn to handstand, roll and create shapes using the pole, this course is suitable for T2 students and above. Leg grip may be required for some content, so shorts are recommended. Feel free to bring kneepads and/or heels along if that's your jam!

We are still riding the high from Christmas Showcase on Saturday and am keeping it going by watching all the vids, posts and pics. It was the most perfect end to the year, the love and support in our little community is why we do what we do. The biggest congrats go to our Award winners

Less than 2 weeks until our annual Christmas Showcase and our students have been working so hard perfecting their routines. Only a gold coin donation, all proceeds to the Cancer Council, we promise an afternoon of fun and laughter, raffles, games and discounts to be had! Starting at 1pm on Saturday 14th December, we hope to see you there ❤️

We are thrilled to welcome the powerhouse that is to the team at Symmetry. Known for her killer dynamic static moves, and her impressive split lines, we can't wait for her classes to start! You will catch her on the Silly Season timetable, and then on Tuesdays for Term 1 in 2026.
