Unfortunately, the time has come where the show can no longer go on.
We are forced to take an indefinite pause until the ongoing pandemic passes and associated restrictions are lifted.
Before having to postpone, the show had been an overwhelming success nearing what promised to be a sold-out season. Please understand that from myself, the producer, along with the creative team, cast and crew, we have left no stone unturned in trying to make the show happen.
Putting aside one of your biggest dreams isn't easy. The past few months have been extremely frustrating, and many tears have been shed.
So, itβs goodbye for now and we will make a return and present The Greatest Show the way it was intended when the time is right, so that everyone who wanted to see it has the chance.
I want to thank everyone that believed in me and acknowledge the amazing commitment from my entire cast. It really was a fabulous show that everyone should be proud of.
Thanks to the theatre staff for their hard work in trying to make it happen, and lastly the community for the great support along the journey.
We are hoping to put together a smaller showcase in the short term. So please keep an eye on Facebook-
Hopefully in the short term the government gives the industry a much need reprieve.
