- School Holiday Programs in the Arts, including writers workshops, music, visual and performing arts.

- Exhibition Venue

- Haus Creative Kids Choir
- Art Therapy Workshops
- Workshop Space Hire
- Art Markets and Showcases
- Art and Music Mentoring
- Employment (casual) of Artists in Art and Music to assist in running workshops and events, hanging exhibitions, performing).
- Emerging Artist Night (currently on hold due to Covid.)
- School Groups: Art Workshops

Operating since 2016, Haus Creative is a multi purpose arts hub that caters to the alternative arts needs within the Devonport area, and we are committed to the following:
To innovative ideas that will help the arts focus within Devonport. To provide arts focused community workshops

🎤✨ Our Singing Academy students have been hard at work this term, developing their vocal skills and building confidence through technique, breath control and performance practice 🎶💫

The class has been focused on creating strong foundations while preparing for our upcoming Mid Year Showcase 🌟🎵

It’s been amazing to watch each student grow in confidence, expression and stage presence every week 💛 We can’t wait to see all of their hard work come together on stage!

✏️🎨 Our Art Extension class has been going back to basics this term, building strong foundation skills through drawing exercises, expressive faces and experimenting with different poses using mannequin figures 🖐️

From learning how movement and emotion can be shown on the page to trying their hand at a little Lino printing 🖌️✨, the class has been exploring creativity in fun and practical ways while growing their confidence as young artists 💡💛

We love watching their ideas develop with every sketch, print and experiment 🎭🌈

has been getting hands-on and experimental this term, exploring different mediums and creative techniques! 🌈 🖌️

In this lesson, the group took inspiration from RANT Arts's RECLAIM exhibition 🖼️ and added their own unique twist to the artworks 💭

We’re so excited to share some wonderful news with our Burnie community! 🌟
Please join us in welcoming our new Lead Acting Mentor, Layla Chappell, to Haus Creative.
Layla brings with her a wealth of experience as a professional actor, director, and acting coach. With formal training in screen and stage performance, and years of experience working across theatre productions, film projects, and youth mentorship programs, she has a deep passion for nurturing creativity and confidence in emerging performers. Her approach blends strong technical foundations with a supportive, encouraging environment where every student can truly shine.
Layla has worked with actors of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop not only their craft, but also their voice, presence, and self-belief. We know our Burnie students are going to absolutely love learning from her.
We can’t wait for you all to meet Layla and experience the energy, insight, and inspiration she brings to Haus Creative. 💫

Haus Creative is coming to Burnie next term! 🎭

We’re so excited to be opening our doors at 211 Mount Street, Upper Burnie, bringing our much-loved creative programs to a whole new community.

To kick things off, we’ll be launching with our A.R.E.A Acting Program, running every Tuesday. This program is all about building confidence, creativity, and performance skills in a fun, supportive environment for young people.

If you’ve been looking for a place where your child can express themselves, make new friends, and grow in confidence — this is it.
