A reminder that applications are closing next week for the 2026 Tasmanian Writers and Illustrators Mentorship Program.

Authors and illustrators currently based in Tasmania are invited to apply, and entry is free. Mentorship recipients will be given the opportunity to develop their work with an accomplished and experienced mentor, and access valuable professional development programs hosted by the Australian Society of Authors.

2026 TCT SCHOLARSHIP ROUND IS OPEN!

The TCT is now accepting applications to its Scholarship round for 2026. To be eligible, you must be aged 25 years or under, a tertiary performing arts/technical theatre student normally resident in Tasmania who is studying either in Tasmania or with a mainland tertiary institution and have already completed one full year of study at that institution.

APPLICATIONS CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT, FRIDAY 29th MAY 2026.
