Ok, where we're up to...

I "think" I'm ready to open up again tomorrow as planned, BUT it may not be until later in the day. Our home internet is not playing nice at all, so we have a technician coming tomorrow morning to hopefully fix it. As soon as it's up and running, I'm sure you'll hear my kids screaming for joy from Darwin that we have internet, but I'll announce all over Facebook Land and we can get 2022 started! Watch this space!

Update!

We're now in Darwin! We've had rescheduled flights, Howard Springs quarantine facility, cyclone warnings and an earthquake, but I wouldn't have it any other way, ❤Darwin!

We moved in to the new house on Friday. Boxes (and boxes, and boxes!) were stacked in the room first, then lastly they brought the furniture in. Not ideal. So it's taken me 2.5 days so far to move boxes OUT of the way (finding somewhere to move them to is a challenge), get the kid's room and kitchen boxes out of the sewing/SCS room (cheers, removalists), and set up the furniture in order to unpack the boxes to go into the furniture! I'm 90% there with the furniture, so hopefully the unpacking can begin tomorrow, and we can get the shop open again!

Hello all! Just a note to say we have arrived in Darwin! Now just waiting for our household contents to arrive before we can open up shop again. In the meantime, have a wonderful Christmas, I do hope you get to spend it with family. Thank you for your support during 2021, and I look forward to a bigger and better 2022!
