✨ Meet our Artist in Residence, Courtney Hogan ✨

Join us at Tactile Arts and step inside the creative world of jeweller and artist Courtney Hogan.

Courtney's practice spans jewellery, objects, sculpture, and storytelling. Drawing on her background in gold and silversmithing, stone carving, and metalwork, she creates works that blend surreal narratives, intricate linework, and magical forms.

Create your own unique ring and learn the basics of wax carving in this hands-on workshop. Whether you dream of a bold signet ring or an organic sculptural design, Courtney will guide you through the process before your piece is professionally cast in silver and finished for collection.

Tactile Arts is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead one of Darwin's most loved arts organisations.

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a vibrant program of exhibitions, workshops, artist residencies, Makers Markets, retail spaces, and studios while supporting a thriving community of artists, makers, members, volunteers, and stakeholders.

We're looking for someone with strong leadership, financial management, and organisational skills who is excited about contributing to the future of arts and culture in the Northern Territory.

✨ Full-time or part-time considered for the right candidate.

Calling all pet lovers and creative souls! Join us for a fun-filled 2-hour glass fusing workshop where you'll design and create your very own adorable glass cat or dog.

Guided by two experienced glass artists, you'll learn the basics of glass fusing while bringing your furry friend to life using a colourful selection of glass pieces, frits, stringers and embellishments. Whether you create a cheeky puppy, a majestic cat, or even a tribute to your own pet, your finished piece will stand proudly on display with a support wire attached to the back.
