Couldn’t make it to the Bad Bunny concert this weekend but did have some fun creating tshirt designs for .hr to wear.

Two of the designs incorporate existing artwork I found on Pinterest that were uncredited. If you have seen the originals, let me know and I’ll credit them.

Tomorrow is Invasion Day, a day that holds deep grief, truth, and resilience for First Nations peoples across this continent.

If you’re heading out, standing in solidarity, or holding space in your own way, please take care of yourself and each other.
- Stay hydrated.
- Be sun safe.
- Centre Indigenous voices.
- Make a banner, share your words, and use your voice.

Whether you’re on Country, in the streets, online, or quietly reflecting, your care, respect, and intention matter.

May tomorrow be guided by truth, compassion, and solidarity. Sending strength, safety, and love to Mob everywhere, and to allies showing up with respect and humility. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.

Today must be Invasion Day…
because somehow it’s already flirting season 😬

Jokes aside, January 26 is about truth, resistance and survival. That doesn’t switch off once the date passes.

I’ll still be sharing information about protests, events and why this day matters. And I’ll also be shifting the conversation toward supporting Blak businesses all year round, including heading into Valentine’s Day 😘

Because loving Blak people, culture and community shouldn’t be seasonal.

Supporting Blak business — all year round.

In the lead-up to NAIDOC Week 2025, I created a guide to 100% Indigenous-owned and operated online businesses — a curated list of stores run by mob, for mob, and for community.

I’m proud to say I know many of the people behind the businesses featured in the 2025 guide. The majority are women, many are mothers, and a lot are running their businesses solo, alongside caring, community obligations, and everything else that comes with it.

Now, I’m working on an updated and evolving 2026 version — focused on supporting Blak businesses beyond NAIDOC Week and throughout the year.

✨ This is where I need your help.
If you know a 100% Indigenous-owned and operated business — especially smaller or lesser-known online stores — please drop their name in the comments.

If you can make an introduction or tag the business owner, even better.

Let’s keep building visibility for Blak businesses doing incredible work — not just during one week, but always.
