SRO Events is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Event & Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves the events industry with established experience managing Major Events. From the months of planning behind the scenes, to being on the ground when it all comes together.
You’ll work across a diverse calendar of festivals, major events, live music, community events and activations, taking projects from planning through to delivery and working alongside our clients, suppliers, contractors and event teams.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has strong experience delivering large-scale events and festivals
* Is confident managing event operations, logistics, suppliers, staffing and stakeholders
* Can take ownership of projects and keep a million moving pieces on track
* Is calm under pressure, solutions-focused and happy to get stuck in
* Loves the fast-paced, slightly chaotic (but very rewarding!) world of events
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior role with plenty of autonomy, variety and the chance to be part of some incredible events across the NT, SA and beyond.
📍 Based in Darwin, NT
✈️ Some interstate travel required
