We (and by we I mean Maurice, with help from our mate Mark) have been pushing on with the final room. Carpets are down, painting done, now to get the lights and all the soft furnishings done and the finishing touches.

This one will be the biggest room, incorporating a stage to practice your stage craft, shoot some live clips, film episodes for YouTube or podcasts or take some funky band photos.

What else should we include in this room?? (Ontop of the standard inclusions)

Can’t wait to get this one done, then we can move on to the new storage rooms and common area!

Cos we’re crap at social media we missed doing a 12 month recap but in short,
🔑 We took the keys, started building two new rooms, dismantled a couple of rooms at the old location while we continued to trade.
🔨We pulled all the nails out to reuse as much of the material for the frames for the next 3 rooms.
🫟We finished the first 2 new rooms and cleaned out the old place to hand back the keys.
❄️We finished the next 2 rooms and then took a bit of a break before finally getting some air cons installed just before the weather started to heat up.
5️⃣ Today the first frame went up on room 5.
It’s been a big year. We have lots of people to thank but we’ll get to that when we finally finish things off.
