Don’t sleep on the job 😴 we need as many bodies as we can find to help us clean up the theatre after the recent rain ☔️ This Saturday 12th March at 1pm we will be holding a working bee and would appreciate any help we can get!
St Paddy’s day is right around the corner 🍀 and we are feeling luckier than ever because the Dalby Singers Choir are putting on a show on the 17th March 2022!!!! This Saturday at 1pm we are asking all our busy bees to give us a hand cleaning up our theatre. We will be getting together to mow, sweep, lift heavy things and clean the mud out of all the cracks and crevices. Hi everyone. The planned Jam session for tomorrow will be post poned for now. As soon as things settle down with the current covid situation and restrictions we will plan another.
We are excited to be working with Fandango Productions on an upcoming “Filler Movie” called “HERO”. The film will be screened as a 90 minute filler 4 times a day around a blockbuster at a cinema.
No/low budget but a great starting point with a production company based here and in Dallas, USA.
You get to work with a director and production team, your name in credits, footage for the show reel and experience in the industry.
Shoot dates are: 16 Jan at Virginia and then 17-22nd Jan (could be longer) in Brisbane, Redcliffe, Geebung and Dayboro. Some flexibility in hours/days for talent.
A romance with a touch of medical gore, tin sheds and autopsy scenes as a doctor starts off on life’s challenges in the profession.

Saturday 8th and 22nd January are Jam session days. Starting at 3pm these days are all about getting our theatre members together for a little bit of improv, a little bit of song and music and a little bit of planning. Bring your instruments, any skits/monologues/short plays and your inspiration and we will open 2022 with a bit of fun. BYO snacks and drinks.
