We're looking for someone exceptional to join the Big Music team.

If you're a mature, organised person who loves helping people and wants to make a real difference through music, we'd love to hear from you.

Your role will be to guide new students into lessons, support our wonderful community of families, and help keep our busy Customer Service team running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Warm, friendly and professional
• Highly organised and dependable
• A great communicator
• Comfortable talking to people on the phone
• Naturally proactive and takes ownership
• Enjoys sales because it's about helping people make the right decision - not because of high-pressure selling

This is either a casual or permanent part-time position (around 3 days per week to start), based at our Crows Nest studios, with some flexibility to work from home.

If you've worked in customer service, office administration, account management, education, hospitality, or another people-focused role - and you're looking for meaningful work with a great team - we'd love to hear from you.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Big Music's very first Band In A Day workshop on Sunday.

In just a couple of hours, 30 musicians came together, formed five bands, learned new songs and performed live. More importantly, it was fantastic to see complete strangers connecting through music, encouraging one another and creating such a positive community spirit.

Congratulations to everyone who took part - you should be proud of what you achieved. 👏
