📆Thursday 25 and Friday 26 June

We’ll be completing locker upgrades on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 June. Unfortunately, there will be no access to lockers on these days while old lockers are removed and new lockers are installed.

These upgrades are in direct response to member feedback regarding issues with broken lockers, condensation, and water damage, helping create a more dependable and convenient experience for everyone.

What this means for you:

✅Better resistance to moisture and wear
✅A smoother, more convenient experience during your visit

The Watch Around Water program plays a vital role in educating families about the importance of supervising children in and around water. Through staff training, member education, and consistent implementation of the program, we work every day to help keep our community safe.

🔦Splash Member Spotlight 🌟

Thomas has rediscovered his love for group fitness at Splash! You'll often find him in our Over 50s Reformer Pilates classes and occasionally joining Yoga and Meditation sessions.

Reformer Pilates was initially recommended by Thomas's physiotherapist as a way to help manage his arthritis. He has thoroughly enjoyed his experience so far, finding it to be a physical yet gentle form of exercise that keeps him moving and feeling strong.

When he was younger, Thomas loved practising yoga, so recently he decided to give it another go. We also suggested our Saturday Meditation class, and he has embraced it wholeheartedly. Thomas has been delighted by the sense of mindfulness and calm it has brought to his week.

Thomas is a wonderful reminder that age should never be a barrier to trying something new, rediscovering old passions, and prioritising your wellbeing.

Our team members Charlotte and Lydia have especially loved getting to know Thomas and hearing more of his story each visit. They find his journey incredibly inspiring and appreciate the positivity and wisdom he brings to the studio every week.

We love having Thomas as part of our Splash community! 💙

Our sauna is now open following extensive repairs.

When using the sauna and steam room, please remember:
• Do not pour liquids on the hot rocks or thermostat.
• Wear your wristband and present it to lifeguards upon request
• Limit use to 10-minute intervals
• Stay well hydrated and drink plenty of water
• Do not use the sauna or steam room if you are unwell or have an existing medical condition
